Faulty items
Full refund available within 30 days of purchase.
Change of mind
Cancel within 14 days of receipt and return within a further 14 days.

Eligibility for returns
Faulty or misdescribed items: if you receive a faulty or misdescribed item, you are entitled to a full refund within 30 days of purchase.
Change of mind: for online, mail, or phone purchases, you may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it and return the items within another 14 days for a refund.
Conditions for returns
Excluded items: items damaged by the customer or known to be faulty at the time of purchase are not eligible for a refund.
Original condition: items must be returned in their original condition, including packaging and any accessories.
